Lagless Status - NYC Datacenter Migration – Maintenance details

We are very happy to announce the migration is over, all 5 NY nodes are online!

We've identified the issue with the node, and are working to resolve it now.

Titan is also online.

We are still working on troubleshooting why Alpha is not giving network output.

Nodes: Crosby, Broadway, and Doyers have been brought online.

For those of you on Alpha, we are actively investigating why the network card isn't receiving traffic.

Maintenance is not yet completed. We are estimating an hour till online.

Royale Hosting has dropped the prefix, and our Network Engineers are working on completing our setup

We expect to start bringing people back online within the next hour or so.

At this point, we are now waiting for Royale Hosting to stop announcing our IPs so we can continue to complete our setup.

Gcore has completed the configurations we were waiting for. Our team is now working to establish our network and migrate our prefixes over to this new network.

We will post an update once this is done, with a firmer ETA on when NY will be back online.

Derack in EWR1 has been successfully completed and our staff are on the way to Equinix NY2.

Derack is in progress as we speak. Heading to EWR1 for retreival.

RoyaleHosting is estimating the derack to occur within the hour, please prep your servers if you are in the NY region.

We will be going for retrieval immediately after the fact.

We have made very good progress on our NY2 rack, and I have been in communication with Royale Hosting - they have assured us they are doing everything in their power to get Evocative DC Remote Hands to prep a derack as soon as possible.

As soon as we have derack confirmation, we will immediately drive down the road to the facility to retrieve the hardware and rack it as fast as possible.

As we have experienced no downtime in NYC for this maintenance so far, the servers may be offline for 1-4 hours after we get the go ahead for retrieval.

The maintenance has not begun yet, we are still waiting on RoyaleHosting to provide us the nodes. We are currently setting up the new facility, no nodes should be off yet.

On Saturday, October 4th, 2025 at 11:00AM EST, we will be migrating our New York infrastructure from Royale Hosting to our dedicated space at Equinix NY2.

This move is part of our long-term plan to improve performance, reliability, and operational control. During the migration services will experience some downtime.

We are allotting up to 8 hours of downtime, though we expect the actual impact to be shorter. The extended window ensures we have adequate time to complete the transition smoothly.
